THE KEYS TO ENDING HOMELESSNESS CONFERENCE
On October 28th, 2011, Gary Carpenter, Board of Directors and Chairman of the Conference Planning Committee for the Veterans Business Owners Association along with Jerry Pinsky, Director of Self Employment at the Veterans Administration in Bedford, Ma, presented at the Holiday Inn in Tewksbury, MA.
At the conference, they spoke of the reentry program and strategies for self employment of incarcerated veterans. Gary also spoke of a blended technology and the use of a 3-d immersion in Second Life. It is Gary's and Jerry's belief that the only game in town for veterans who have a felony on their record is business enterprise.
Also, Gary is Chairman of the Conference Committee for the Veterans Business Owners Initiative. This conference will be held at Babson Executive Conference Center in Wellesley, Ma on April 25th and April 26th, 2012. Babson College has been named Number One in the world for college entrepreneurship
